We are looking for a part-time or full-time internal sales employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Sigor Licht GmbH has been a successful medium-sized company from Wuppertal since 1937. As a specialist for high-quality light, we supply LED lamps, LED light strips, project and living room luminaires as well as lighting controls and smart home solutions. Our target groups are lighting designers, specialist retailers, installation companies and manufacturers of illuminated products.

You can expect a diverse range of tasks with us

  • Independent telephone advice for new and existing customers
  • Order entry
  • Maintenance of customer data
  • Supporting the sales representatives with telephone customer service
  • Active participation in the continuous optimization of our processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable experience
  • First professional experience in customer service or call center
  • Experienced with Outlook, Excel and data entry
  • Willingness to learn and interest in familiarizing yourself with technical lighting installations
  • High degree of care
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
  • Good to very good knowledge of English, further language skills (e.g. French, Italian and Spanish) are an advantage
