You act as an intermediary between the company and customers - offer customer-oriented all-round support
You provide our customers with expert advice and inform them about our products, goods and services

If the consultation is successful, you conclude purchase contracts
If there are any complaints, please accept them and forward them for processing
The acquisition of new customers is also one of your tasks
