The guarantee is aimed exclusively at consumers. The guarantee only applies to products purchased within the Federal Republic of Germany. The warranty period begins on the invoice date.
If, during this period, material defects or manufacturing defects become apparent in the goods you have purchased which impair the function of the product, we will provide you with a new, defect-free product under this guarantee. This does not apply in the event of a fault in the battery performance.

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to normal wear and tear and improper or improper use or handling.
The prerequisite for claiming under the guarantee is that you enable us to examine the guarantee case (e.g. by sending in the goods). If you send in the goods for this purpose, please ensure that damage to the goods during transportation is avoided by using appropriate packaging. When applying for warranty service, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the consignment so that we can check whether the warranty period has been observed. Alternatively, you can send us a copy of the invoice by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if it is not possible to determine whether the warranty period has expired.
In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs. In this case, we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for the return shipment of the defective goods and bear the costs for the shipment of a new, defect-free product to you.

This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
Rather, the guarantee promise is separate from the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled
